● Accounts are non-transferable
● Sharing login details is prohibited
4. Payments
● All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed

5. Session Policy
● Missed sessions without notice may be counted as completed
● Rescheduling must follow our policy (see Refund Policy page)
