Registration and Refund Policy

1. Registration

● Students must complete the registration form with accurate details

● A consultation or trial class may be offered before enrollment

● Enrollment is confirmed only after payment

2. Payment Policy

● Fees must be paid in advance for selected plans

● Payments are non-transferable between students

3. Trial Classes

● Trial classes (if offered) are limited to one per student

● No refunds for completed trial sessions

4. Cancellation and Resscheduling

● Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

● Late cancellations may result in session deduction

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

Eligible for refund:

● If service has not started

● If cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment

Partial refunds:

● If classes have started, refund will be calculated based on unused sessions

Non-refundable cases:

● Completed sessions

● No-shows without prior notice

● Discounted or promotional plans (unless stated otherwise)

6. Refund Processing

● Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

● Amount will be returned via original payment method

7. Service Issues

If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will:

● Provide a replacement tutor OR

● Offer a reasonable resolution
